Wider Brighter Eyes!

This is a trick that I used  before the world knew that it works!  Creating a wide-eyed look is simple. Grab a white eye liner and line inner and outer rim of  each eye. Smudge as necessary. Your eyes will look wider, brighter.  Also, this trick will hide dark circles.   Black mascara on top and bottom lashes to finish look. Enjoy!
